MP (Middle Position)
What it means
The seats between the early and late positions. At 9-handed tables there are several; in 6-max the HJ is sometimes called MP.
Example
At a full 9-handed table, the middle positions come after UTG and UTG+1; they open a bit wider than the UTG but tighter than the CO.
