Street
What it means
Each of the four betting rounds in a hand: preflop, flop, turn and river. The bets on one street are matched before moving on to the next.
Example
You bet 3 bb on the flop and get called: that street is over. The turn comes and a new street begins, where the player out of position acts first again.
