POKER AULASmart poker training

Privacy policy

Draft version for legal review before launch. Data controller: owner of POKER AULA (to be defined before launch). Contact: soporte.pokeraula@gmail.com.

What data we process. Email (your account identifier), password (stored only as a hash), optional name, learning progress (lessons, answers, scores), purchases (without full card details: these are processed by the payment provider), authorized devices (a label such as "Chrome on Windows" and our own random identifier, without fingerprinting), security events with a shortened IP (for example 203.0.113.0/24) and, with your consent, usage metrics with a pseudonymous identifier.

What for. To provide the course, sync your progress across devices, process payments, protect your account and the personal license, send you transactional emails and improve the product with aggregated data.

What we don't do. We don't sell data. We don't send your hands, answers, email or history to third parties as analytics parameters. We don't use personalized advertising in V1.

Retention. Account and progress data for as long as the account exists. Purchase records for as long as the applicable accounting/tax law requires, in anonymized form if you delete your account. Security events for up to 12 months.

Your rights. From Account › Privacy you can download your data (JSON export) and delete your account. For other requests, write to soporte.pokeraula@gmail.com.

Other data, depending on what you use. Payments: the provider you choose (PayPal or Mercado Pago) tells us the result, the amount and a payment reference; we store that verified result, never your card details or your provider account details. With USDT we store the public transaction code (hash) you report. To charge in pesos we record the BROU exchange rate that was used. Waiting list (only if you join, with your consent): your place, the language and the notices sent. Free Calculator demo: its use, linked to your account. Certificates: the name you choose to show. Support: the messages you write to us. Site statistics: we count visits in aggregate, without cookies and without storing your IP (with a daily fingerprint that changes every day and cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next). Emails: purchase confirmations, plan expiry notices and security notices; they are not advertising.

More retention periods. Aggregated site statistics: up to 400 days. Log of emails sent: 90 days. Waiting list: while you are on it and then as a history of notices. The final periods will be set during the legal review.
