Plans: one-time upfront payment for 1, 6 or 12 months; it does not renew on its own and you are never charged again; when it ends you keep your progress. Payment methods: those shown when you buy. Today: PayPal (in dollars). Earlier lifetime purchases: remain lifetime. Free trial: no card needed and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

Refunds. If you have a problem with a purchase, write to us within 7 days so we can assess a refund. A refund deactivates the access from that purchase. If that purchase had been used as credit for an upgrade (for example, Beginner when moving up to Intermediate), the upgrade is also deactivated until it is sorted out with support: the payment is completed or refunded.

Cumulative levels. Each course includes the previous levels of the same course, its Training and the Calculator for its level (for example, Intermediate includes Beginner) while access is active. With plans each period is paid in full (there are no difference discounts between levels). You never pay twice for the same course for the same period.

Chargebacks. A chargeback deactivates access while it is being resolved.

Receipts. Invoices or receipts are issued by the payment processor where applicable.
