Three levels available today: Beginner, Intermediate and Upper-Intermediate. Each has its course (lessons, exercises and a final exam), its Training and its Calculator. An Advanced level is planned for the future, with no date and not on sale.

Check spam/promotions and that the email is spelled correctly. You can resend it from your dashboard (with an hourly limit). If it still doesn’t arrive, write to us.

Use "Forgot your password?" on the login screen. The link is valid for 1 hour. When you change it, we sign you out of all sessions for security.

From Account › Devices you can revoke the one you no longer use. If you hit the limit when logging in, we offer to replace one (a limited number of times every 30 days). If you can’t, write to us and we’ll sort it out without losing your progress.

Account › Email: you confirm with your password and verify the new email. We also notify your previous email address.

Access is activated when the processor confirms the payment (usually within seconds). Reload Account › Purchases. If more than 15 minutes have passed, write to us with the date and the account email: we will never ask for your password or card details.

No. Monthly, 6-month and yearly plans are one-time upfront payments: you are charged once, they are not installments or subscriptions and there is no automatic charge. If you want to continue, renew whenever you like (the new period is added at the end of the current one, you lose no days).

Access to what that plan included is locked, but nothing is deleted: your progress, stats, mistakes to review and certificates are kept. If you buy again, you continue where you left off.

Yes. The Training for each level is sold separately (with its monthly, 6-month or yearly plans) and gives you the interactive Trainer for that level and the previous ones. It does not include the lessons, exams or certificate: those come with the course, which already includes its Training.

With the methods shown when you buy. Today: PayPal (in dollars). POKER AULA never sees your card details and will never ask for your password or keys.

No. Plans do not renew on their own and you are never charged again. Earlier lifetime purchases stay lifetime. Free trials charge nothing when they end.

Yes. Intermediate includes the full Beginner course, the Training for both levels and the Calculator.

Yes. Each course includes the POKER AULA Calculator for its level (Beginner, Intermediate or Upper Intermediate), the same one sold separately. The Calculator is also sold on its own, by level, with 1, 6 or 12-month plans; you can try the full Calculator free for 20 hands. Anyone who bought the Calculator or a course for life earlier keeps all its features.

We separate three things and always tell you which is which. The math (pot odds, outs, MDF, combos, SPR) is recalculated with the engine and with the Calculator. Short-stack push/fold is validated by our internal engine within its model (chip-EV, no ICM). The rest of the strategy (preflop charts, c-bets, turn and river play) is the course's guideline: we explain the why and when it changes, without presenting it as exact.

In Account › My purchases you see each product, whether it is a plan (with its end date) or lifetime, and what it includes. In My path you see your levels and your progress. If something does not match what you paid for, write to us from Support.

We do not sell subscriptions today. Courses and Training are bought in 1, 6 or 12-month plans, always with a single upfront payment. Anyone who bought a course for life before the plans keeps it forever.

Write to us from the Support form with an email you can access and your account email. To give you access back we verify the account is yours with details of your purchases (date, product, payment processor receipt). We will never ask for your password or your full card details.

When you complete every lesson of a level and pass its final exam, you can issue your certificate from My path › Certificates. It has a code anyone can verify at pokeraula.com/certificado/verificar. It is a POKER AULA certificate of completion and pass: it is not an official degree or an academic accreditation.

It isn’t meant for that and many card rooms prohibit it. POKER AULA is for studying away from the table.

The app can be installed and the public pages open offline, but lessons and exercises need internet to validate your access and save your progress.
