Draft version for legal review before launch.

POKER AULA is an educational platform. It does not allow betting money within the platform and does not guarantee winnings from playing poker. For use by adults aged 18 and over only.

POKER AULA is an educational service about Texas Hold'em. It is not a gambling platform: there is no real money, no deposits, no withdrawals and no betting between users. The content is educational and does not guarantee results or income.

Age and legality. POKER AULA is for adults aged 18 and over only: to create an account you must be 18 or older (and of legal age in your country, if it is higher there). If you decide to play real-money poker, you are responsible for respecting local law and the rules of each card room.

Account. Your account is personal. Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or to share access, in line with the license policy.

Purchases. Each product shows its price and how it is sold before you pay. Plans (courses, Training and Calculator): 1 month, 6 months (save 1 month: you pay 5) or 12 months (save 2 months: you pay 10). It is always a one-time upfront payment for the chosen period: it is not a subscription or an installment plan, it does not renew on its own and you are never charged again. POKER AULA does not finance purchases. When it ends, access is locked and your progress, stats and certificates are kept; if you renew, the new period starts when the current one ends. Buying only the Training does not give access to the course lessons, exams or certificate. Buying only the Calculator does not give access to courses or Training. Anything you bought for life stays yours forever even if the product changes price or how it is sold: changes only affect new sales.
