Stack-off
What it means
Deciding to put in your whole remaining stack. The stack-off threshold is the equity you need for that not to lose: what you still have to put in divided by the final pot. It depends on the pot and the stack that are left; your equity depends on the range that reaches the all-in.
Example
The BTN opens to 2.5, the BB 3-bets to 11 and the BTN calls: pot of 22.5 and 89 behind. If everything goes in from the flop, you put in 89 for a final pot of 200.5: the threshold is 44.4%. If you've already bet 7.5 and your opponent goes all-in, you have 81.5 left to put in: it drops to 40.7%.
