Overbet
What it means
A bet larger than the pot. It's used with polarized ranges, especially when you have a nut advantage.
Example
The pot is 20 bb on the river and you bet 30 bb (1.5 times the pot). Your opponent needs 30/80 = 37.5% equity to call.
