Payout structure
What it means
How the prize pool is split among the paid places: flatter (similar prizes) or more concentrated at the top. Together with everyone's stacks, it decides how much your chips are worth in prizes under ICM.
Example
With 65/35 prizes for the top two, moving from 3rd place (no prize) to 2nd is worth a lot: on the bubble, that makes risking your stack expensive.
