SB (Small Blind)
What it means
The seat to the left of the button that posts the small blind. Preflop it acts second-to-last, but after the flop it acts first: it's the worst position.
Example
It's folded to the SB; it already has 0.5 bb in, but if it plays against the BB it will be out of position for the rest of the hand.
